Return and Refund Policy
Our Return and Refund Policy has some important rules to follow, so please read them carefully before making a purchase.
✅ You are eligible for a refund or exchange if:
- The watch is not in the condition as advertised or communicated to you.
- The watch is damaged or defective when you receive it.
- The watch is not authentic according to the manufacturer.
🚫 You are not eligible for a refund or exchange if:
- The watch has no discrepancies.
- If the watch was worn or damaged by you.
- If you requested a specific timepiece or sourced a specific item.
To be eligible for a refund, the watch must be in the same condition as when it was sold, and you must keep all the original packaging it came with. Please pack your return carefully to avoid any possible damage. If all items are not included in the return shipment, refunds will be delayed until they are successfully returned to us.
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for any signs of wear or damage that could affect your refund. We will issue a refund to the original payment method used. If the return package goes missing in transit, we will process an insurance claim, and we will only issue a refund upon completion of the claim. We do not offer cash refunds for any reason, and it can take up to three (3) business days for the funds to be credited back to your original account.
We typically expect any issues to be communicated within 7 days.
Non-Eligible Refund Options
In the instances where you are not eligible for a return/refund. We do offer buy back options for those that wish to reclaim some value out of their purchase.
We offer the ability to buy back the same watch that was sold for total purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. Each buy back instance will be evaluated on request, and we may decline a buy back of your purchase for any reason.
Bank Wire Policy
Payments made from bank to bank must be submitted exclusively via Bank Wire Transfer. We do not accept ACH transfers, direct bank transfers, checks, or any other non-wire payment methods.
Any incoming payment not identified as a valid wire transfer will be automatically flagged and held for fraud protection. This safeguard is in place to prevent unauthorized reversals or compromised transactions.
Non-wire payments are subject to a mandatory 180-day holding period. Upon expiration of this period, and barring any unresolved issues or claims, such funds will be returned to the originating account. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
Please ensure your financial institution properly codes your payment as a wire transfer to avoid delays or forfeiture.
